I was in my late 20s when God opened my eyes to the Gospel message and his amazing grace.  Through my time as a Christian, Ephesians 2:4 and the words "But God who is rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us," has always stood out to me.  These words are not just words for me but they are words for all of us.  Words that remind us that the beauty of salvation is about God's love and God's grace and that salvation is not about anything that we might have done in the past.

In December of 2022 it was God's divine work in my life that has led me to Waverly First Baptist Church.  My family and I are excited to be here and excited to be at a church that lives out the words of Christ when he tells us to love our neighbors as ourselves.  If you are looking for a church that loves unconditionally and wants to show others the same grace that God shows, come and visit us.

In 2007 I married my wonderful wife, Megan, and God has blessed us with two sons, Nate and Aaron.
